Adding a widget from the admin drop-down breaks the server

UPDATE This is a duplicate post. I would delete it if I can figure out how. If you know, go ahead and close or delete it. Thanks, Todd

The server reports that the TagCloud .cshtml needs a reference to System.Runtime.Cache but it's already there.

Workaround: Delete the WidgetSettings database entries forthe applicable widget and restart the IIS server.

Note: The administration widget seems to work fine.

Platform: VS2012, W7 dev, WS2008R2, IIS 7.5. Had to kind of hack the DotNetOpenAuth references together but they comile (not tested yet).
